All products and services are sold by The Really Healthy Stuff Company without any warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, and by The Really Healthy Stuff Company specifically disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including without limitation the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, with respect to any product or service sold by The Really Healthy Stuff Company.  Only manufacturer warranties apply.  Contact the manufacturer of the defective product.   

The entire risk of consumption or use by you or your family of the products or services purchased by you from The Really Healthy Stuff Company remains with you.

Some states may not allow a disclaimer of all warranties, express or implied, with respect to the products and services. In that case, The Really Healthy Stuff Company disclaims all implied warranties to the maximum extent permissible by applicable law.

No agent or employee of The Really Healthy Stuff Company is authorized to give any warranties or to make any modification of the warranty disclaimer to modify or add to the exclusions set forth above and below.

Exclusion of Certain Damages

To the maximum extent permissible by applicable law, in no event shall The Really Healthy Stuff Company or its employees or shareholders be liable for any consequential, indirect, special, incidental, punitive or other damages whatsoever, including under any claim of negligence, strict liability, design defect, or other theory, arising from any of the products or services sold by The Really Healthy Stuff Company or any defect in any of such products or services or from the consumption or use of any of these products or services even if The Really Healthy Stuff Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall the liability of The Really Healthy Stuff Company with respect to any product or service exceed the greater of the amount actually paid by you for such product or service, less all applicable taxes and duties.

Because some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
