Shipping Policy
 
We can ship products anywhere in the United States using the shipping method of your choice. Shipping rates and fees are based on the availability of your item(s), total weight of ordered merchandise and packaging, shipping destination (ZIP code) and shipping method selected. Our shipping and handling charges are determined by the total dollar amount of your order, excluding applicable sales tax.
 
We do our best to get your products to you as soon as possible. While most in stock items ship within 1 business day, certain items may take 3 - 5 business days to ship after the order has been placed. We ship UPS, Federal Exporess and US Postal Service Monday Through Friday, except on Federal holidays. Select from the shipping options in offered to you during the order process. In the event that an item is on backorder, we will make every attempt possible to notify you within 3 business days that there will be a delay. Once an item is shipped, you may receive a the tracking number that you can use to track your package online if a tracking number is available. We may not have USPS tracking numbers so once the product leaves us we may not be able track progress.
 
We do not ship internationally except to Canada except on a case-by-case basis. Please Contact Us before you place an an order for a destination outside of the territory or the United States and Canada. For members of the Armed Forces and their families, we are happy to offer delivery to all Military bases and APO boxes by US Postal Service. 

Free shipping applies only to shipments within the continental United States.  Orders to which free shipping applies will be shipped by the carrier our our choice, typically the US Postal Service.
 
Please note that P.O. Boxes will be shipped via United States Postal Service. We will make this adjustment when processing. With some long distance orders we may ship with the US Postal Service Priority Flate rate shipping to shorten delivery time.
 
Caring Candies Candy Canes:  If you order Caring Candy Candy Canes prior to November, we will fill and ship your order starting in November.  We will not charge your credit card until we ship.  You may only cancel your order if placed before August.  We will charge a $15.00 cancellation fee for each order.  Orders placed on or after September 1 cannot be cancelled by you.   
 
Warm Weather Shipping Policy:  Please beware that shipping during the summer months can damage candies. During the hot summer months, we strongly recommends that all candy items be shipped via an expedited shipping method, such as next day or 2 day shipping. If you place an order during weather that may cause such damage REHEST -- Really Healthy Stuff will not be held responsible for any damage resulting from such weather. This is the industry standard. We reserve the right to cancel orders if the correct shipping method is not chosen for candy orders during warm weather. It will be our discretion to contact customers by email or phone to notify them of such cancellations. We highly recommend shipping to a location where there will be an individual to receive the package at the time of delivery. The shipping company may leave packages on porches and doorsteps which, consequently, may expose them to heat and sunlight. REHEST -- Really Healthy Stuff will not be held responsible for any merchandise that has perished or melted because no one was around to receive the shipment when it was delivered.
